Temple of Apollo

The temple of Apollo is an important part of Corinth's history. It is one of the oldest temples in ancient Greece. Each column were made from one solid piece of paros stone. In fact it dominate the whole area of archaeology which is ancient Corinth.
The temple's remain is on the highest part of the city called Terrance. from there, there are breath taking views. It's a perfect place to take pictures of amazing views of the extent ancient Corinth.

Acrocorinth

Acrocorinth is a fortress acropolis of ancient and medieval Corinth, that is locates on a step, rocky hill 575 meters high at its highest peak, with peaceful views across the Corinthian and saronic gulfs.
Beyond a moat, you would come to the first gate, and first wall, followed by a second and third wall, with a Hellenistic tower in front of the third gate to the right within the fortress we follow a path running northeast to the remains of the mosque, and then turn south until you join a path leading up to eastern summit, on which there once stood the famous temple of Aphrodite. From here there are fine views of the isthmus and the hills of the Peloponnese.

Corinth Canal

The Corinth canal that connects the gulf of Corinth with the saronic gulf in the Aegean sea. It was constructed in1885 and finish in 1893. The canal is 6.3 km long, 23 m wide, and 8 m deep. The best view of the canal is from the bridge which carries the road over it. An amazing thing about the bridge is that its a removable bridge at the northeast end, which can be sunk below it's surface.
Lechaion Road

The Lechaion road was the famous road that ran from the part of Corinth to the city. The road was made out of limestone, and flanked on either side by raised sidewalks and shops. The road is about 20 feet wide.

There's a lot of things that Corinthian people like to do for entertainment in Ancient Corinth. Especially the Isthmian games, which is a regular sporting tournament held in Corinth every 2 years.
The Isthmia were one of the Panhellenic Games of Ancient Greece, and were named after the isthmus of Corinth, where they were held. As with the Nemean Games, the Isthmian Games were held both the year before and the year after the Olympic Games (the second and fourth years of an Olympiad), while the Pythian Games were held in the third year of the Olympiad cycle.
